On the same day of West Indies Cricket Team’s defeat at the hands of New Zealand an unusual band turned up to wow fans in English Harbour, Antigua. ‘The Big Bad Dread and the Baldhead’ feature ex West Indies Cricket legends Richie Richardson and Curtly Ambrose amongst other talented band members. The band plays some good Reggae tunes and is worth watching. The appeal the cricketers drew big crowds to ‘Spotlight’s Bar and Restaurant’. Richie Richardson plays rhythm guitar, Curtly Ambrose plays bass guitar, Bankers is the singer, Jason the drummer and Bridgewater plays keyboard.

The crowd consisted of local Antiguans, visiting cricket fans and yacht crews stationed in English and Falmouth Harbours. West Indies and New Zealand Cricket fans all had a good time together. Jonnie Walker Whiskey sponsored the event.
